Excellent for Distillers and Bakers: Compared to hard red wheat varieties, our soft wheat has a lower protein content which makes it ideal for distillers, particularly wheat whiskey producers looking for the sweeter, honeyed, cereal flavor it adds to the final spirit.

Soft red wheat is also a leading choice of bakers of soft pastries, pan breads, flatbreads, cookies and crackers. It also offers excellent versatility for blending with other wheat varieties.

Clean, Fresh, and Ready to Ship: Skillfully harvested using only the cleanest equipment, our wheat is sent through a screen cleaner and dried to ideal moisture of 12.5%-13% prior to going into our aerated storage bins, where it’s kept fresh and ready to deliver.
